In order to promote the academic discussion and exchange and the industry talent cooperation and flow of ginseng, expand the international exchange and cooperation of ginseng, improve the scientific research and development level of ginseng, and support the high-quality development of ginseng industry in Jilin Province, with the support of Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Jilin Provincial Department of Education, Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and Jilin Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "2023 Jilin Ginseng Academic Conference" organized by Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and Jilin Ginseng Society will be held in Changchun, Jilin Province on September 17, 2023.

1. Theme of the Conference

    

   Theme: Innovation, Quality and Health

   Objective: To discuss the latest scientific research results of ginseng in recent years, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, improve the scientific research and development level of ginseng, serve the big health industry, and promote the high-quality, green and sustainable development of ginseng industry.

    

2. Agenda

    

   1. Report of the Conference.

    

   (1) Set up 5 conference reports, and plan to focus on inviting well-known experts and scholars in ginseng research from South Korea, Russia, Japan, and other countries and regions to make a conference report on the research progress of ginseng (including American ginseng, etc.) in recent years.

   (2) There will be 10 reports, and plan to invite well-known experts and scholars from South Korea, Russia, Japan and other countries to do invitation reports on ginseng research.

    

   2. Academic Forum for Young Talents.

    

   Set up 6 oral reports, and plan to invite domestic excellent young scholars engaged in basic applied research of ginseng to do academic exchanges.

   Date: September 17, 2023.

   Location: Anhua Holiday Banquet Center, Changchun, Jilin Province (No. 3066 Jingyue Street, Changchun, Jilin Province).

    

4. Participants

    

   Researchers and enterprise managers of universities, research institutions and related enterprises engaged in ginseng cultivation, chemical, pharmacological, clinical, processing, health products and other related research.
