二、学习期限  Duration of the Study

 

长春中医药大学本科生学制为4年或5年，采用中文授课。完成规定的教学计划、考核合格并通过毕业论文答辩者，颁发本科毕业证书，经学校学位评定委员会审查合格者，授予学士学位。

The length of schooling of undergraduates in CCUCM is 4-5 years, teaching in   Chinese language. Those who have completed the prescribed teaching plan, passed the exam and passed the graduation thesis defense will be awarded the          undergraduates diploma. Those who passed the degree review will be awared the bachelor's degree.

 

 

三、申请资格 Eligibility

 

1.外国籍公民，持有外国护照，身体健康

Foreign citizen, has foreign passport, in good physical and mental health.

 

注：来华留学华裔申请人须于2019年4月30日前取得外国国籍，并注销中国国籍，且从2019年4月30日起至2023年4月30日止有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）

Notice: Ethnic Chinese who come to study in China must obtain foreign      nationality and cancel their Chinese nationality before April 30,2019, and have a record of living abroad for more than 2 years from April 30, 2019 to April 30, 2023.

 

 

2.截至2023年9月1日年龄在18-30周岁；未满18周岁的申请人，须提交《在华监护人公证书》与监护人证件信息

Aged between 18 and 30 years old (by September 1, 2023). For the           applicants under 18, please bring the relevant supporting documents       (Notarized Certificate of guardian in China) to the official registration.

 

3.高中或高中以上学历

High school degree or above.

 

4. 汉语或英语水平证书

Certificate of Chinese of English Proficiency Level HSK, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.

五、申请材料  Application Documents

 

申请人需在长春中医药大学国际学生在线服务系统完成填写和提交以下申请材料：

Applicants should complete and submit the following materials in the online application procedure.

 

1.入学申请表（网上填写后自动生成）

Application form (auto-generated after the online registration).

 

2.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存）申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师签字或医院盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间，并携带原件到校报到

A copy of physical examination form (the original shall be kept by         yourself). The applicant shall carry out the examination in strict         accordance with the items required in the foreigner's physical examination form. The foreigner physical examination form without the signature and    seal of the doctor or the hospital is invalid. Since the examination result is valid for 6 months, please determine the time for the examination       according to it. Please bring the original to the school.

 

 

3.高中学历证明（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文译本，应届毕业生需提交预毕业证明，被录取后需补交高中毕业证书复印件）

High school diploma (in Chinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English,   Fresh graduates must submit the pre-graduation certificate and a copy of   the high school diploma ).

 

4.学习成绩单。高中阶段全部课程的成绩单原件（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文译本）

Academic transcripts. Original transcript of all high school courses (in   Chinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English).

 

 

5.个人陈述。申请人必须提交用中文或英文书写的自我介绍、学习经历及来华学习目的(不少于800字）

Personal statement. Applicants must submit self-introduction, studying     experiences and a study plan in Chinese or English (no less than 800       words).

 

6.汉语水平能力证明。自费生HSK成绩需要达到四级或以上水平可以进入本科学习，HSK不足四级者需在学校进行汉语补习，成绩合格后方可进入本科学习；中国政府奖学金生HSK成绩需要达到三级或以上方可申请来校学习；母语为汉语的申请者，经学校认定，可免提供汉语成绩证明

Certificate of Chinese language. Self-financed students with HSK scores of level 4 or above are eligible for undergraduate study. Whose HSK score less than level 4 will be required to take Chinese remedial courses at school.  Chinese government scholarship students must have a HSK score of level 3 or above to apply for admission to the university. Native Chinese speakers can be exempted from submitting Chinese language certificate after being       recognized by the university.

 

7.有效普通护照复印件

A copy of a valid passport.

 

8.无犯罪证明

No Criminal Record Commitment.

 

注：材料不全者，不予受理。

Notice: Applicants whose documents are incomplete are not accepted.

 

 

六、申请流程  Application Procedure

 

第1步：登陆长春中医药大学国际学生在线服务系统，完成在线申请。

在线报名系统为：https：//ccucm.17gz.org/member/login.do（注册邮箱须为本人常用邮箱，保证其真实有效，申请结果将发送到该注册邮箱）

Step1 - Complete the online application procedure on the following web     page: https://ccucm.17gz.org/member/login.do (Register account has to be   your valid E-mail as the admission officer will inform all results of your application to this E-mail.)

 

第2步：若申请人须按时提交申请及相关证明，学校将对材料进行评审。请申请人务必保证申请材料信息真实、完整。

Step2 – If applicants submit the application and relevant certificates and attachments on time and the information of the application documents is    true and complete, our school will review the documents.

 

第3步：中国政府奖学金申请者，通过材料审核后，招生办公室将组织相关专家进行网络或现场面试。

Step3 – Chinese Government Scholaership Applicants will be notified for   further interview by email.

 

第4步：邮寄通知书及其他入学材料。

Step4 - Send Admission Notice and other relevant documents.

 

注：申请我校必须通过网上报名，学校不受理纸质申请材料。

Notice：Online application system is the only acceptable method to apply,  we don’t accept paper applications.

八、奖学金申请 Scholarship

 

中国政府奖学金——国别双边项目

 

符合中国政府奖学金——国别双边项目申请条件的申请人，可向本国留学生派遣部门或中国驻所在国大使馆（总领事馆）教育处提出申请，申请时间一般为每年12月至次年4月初，各个国家申请截止时间不同，请注意提前查询。申请者填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》时，需在“申请院校”一栏的第一志愿填写 “长春中医药大学”。

 

Chinese Government Scholarship——Country Bilateral Projects

 

Chinese government scholarship applicants are required to apply through the Chinese embassy or consulate-general in the host country. The application  time is generally from December each yearto early April of the following   year. The deadline for applying in each country is different. Please check in advance. When filling out the application form for Chinese government   scholarship, please write  "Changchun University of Chinese Medicine " in  the first voluntary form of the" Applied School" section.
